PCF Lottery programs, events and functions may have their own specific terms and conditions, which are separate to, and in addition to, these Terms & Conditions. Where an inconsistency exists between the program / event / function Terms & Conditions and these Terms & Conditions, the program / event / function Terms & Conditions will prevail.

PCF Lottery may from time to time make available for purchase on its website/s or applications certain merchandise (including but not limited to apparel and lottery tickets).

Under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010) a number of Consumer Guarantees may attach to goods purchased through PCF Lottery websites or applications from 1 January 2011 onwards. Unless otherwise provided for, PCF Lottery expressly limit their liability for breach of a consumer guarantee to the provision of a full refund of the purchase price, or the repair or replacement of the goods or supply of equivalent goods at our sole discretion. All prices listed on this website include GST where it is applicable.

Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by and to be interpreted in accordance with the laws in force in Australia including but not limited to the State of Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria. In the event of any dispute arising in relation to these terms and conditions or any dispute arising in relation to the website or application, whether in contract or tort or otherwise, the Courts of Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria and any Courts competent to hear appeals therefrom will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over such dispute.

Customer Behaviour Standards means the following minimum expected standards of behaviour:

You, as Member, must not engage in any form of behaviour that is abusive or aggressive in any manner, including but not limited to:

(a) Any form of abuse, harassment, vilification or bullying that is discriminatory or offensive on any ground whatsoever including but not limited to grounds of race, sex, gender identity, age, disability or impairment, sexuality or any other attribute protected under Australian law;
(b) Rude or vulgar or otherwise offensive or aggressive expressions, noises and/or gestures;
(c) Any other verbal abuse irrespective of to whom it is directed;
(d) Any threatened or actual physical violence whether against person(s) or property.
